How to use Ayush Kwath Kadha

Add half spoon (3gm) of Rudraa Ayush Kwath Kadha to 150 ml water.

Boil the mixture for 1-2 mins.

For Better taste add Honey/ Gud (jaggery)/ Draksha (Raisins) or Lemon.

Strain the drink into a cup.
