Quality could be improved a little more. But it's good for a top load washing machine as an additive with liquid detergent. Kindly boil water and add washing soda, to make a liquid and strain it to remove undissolved flakes. Store the washing soda liquid in a bottle and use it as an additive with detergent. Do NOT directly use the powder in the washing drum.

Never directly add washing soda in your washing machine. Dissolve 250 gm of washing soda in a litre of boiled water. Let the water dissolve all the soda, filter the water and store that in a bottle. Use 20-25 ml of that liquid with your liquid detergent, to avoid any white stains on clothes and to preserve colour clothes.
