Objective :  

Be the first player to collect 3 complete sets of properties of different colors.

Setup :  

Shuffle all 108 cards well.

Deal 5 cards to each player.

Put the rest of the cards face-down as a draw pile.

On Your Turn :  

Draw 2 cards from the draw pile.

Play up to 3 cards from your hand. can :  

Place moneyy or action cards into your bank.

Lay down properties.

Play action cards (like "Deal Breaker" or "Rent").

Types of Cards :  

Property Cards : Used to complete sets.

Moneyy Cards : Used to pay others.

Action Cards : Play tricks like stealing properties or charging rent.

Winning the Game :  

Collect 3 full property sets (colorr-matched).

The first player to do so wins!

Example of a Turn :  

draw 2 cards and get a "Blue Property" and a "Rent Card."

play a "Blue Property" into your property pile.

play a "Rent Card" to charge other players rent on your blue property.

put a "5M Moneyy Card" into your bank to store moneyy.

Now have made your 3 moves! Your turn ends.
