RECIEPE

Ingredients-

• 1 medium bowl washed, cleaned dry fish

• 2-3 medium size onions

• mustard

• cumin

• 1 tablespoon oil

• cumin powder

• coriander powder

• chilli powder

• termeric powder

• salt to taste

• corriander

Procedure-

1. Heat the oil in a pan, add rai (mustard), jeera (cumin), garlic, chopped onoin and fry till onion become golden brown.

2. Now add washed and cleaned dry fish in the pan and fry for some time.

3. Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, termercic powder and mix it well.

4. Now add little salt as per taste

5. Add little water and keep for 5 mins for fish to be cooked.

6. Sprinkle finely chopped corriander and serve with roti.
