If it doesn't work ,what the use of buying it. I applied for return of defective item but return got rejected.if mercury doesn't move in thermometer when checked for body temperature ,isn't it defective. How can I show it by picture.take it back or exchange with proper one but I don't want to keep waste product with me. There is blue pen mark on the reading but I don't mind it.it just didn't work
