I am highly disappointed with this purchase and the overall service. The Dr Foot 40% Urea Gel I received is brown instead of white/clear, and it has a very foul, rotten smell. This indicates the product is oxidized and unsafe for skin use. I raised an exchange request but that was also cancelled. There is no option for a refund on the app, but I want my money back as the product is defective and unusable. Please resolve this immediately.
