Elasto Multiseal is a novel co-polymer with functional groups. Acts as Lewis base and bivalent metal compound, providing cross linking between the polymers. Elasto Multiseal is highly elastic and highly flexible liquid applied single component waterproofing system based on specially modified emulsion system using bitumen and polymers giving desired combination of flexibility and mobile phase blocking. It is a high performance ready to use Polymer modified Bitumen coating. Elasto Multiseal provides a protective flexible waterproof envelope which has high resistance to cracking due to structure movements.
