I have ordered 100 Tea Bag Sachets (i.e with outer cover or envelope) but I have received 100 Bag only (i.e.without Sachets or envelope). I have exchanged the item after talking with the customer care executive and requested her to send the correct item. But I have again received the wrong item only. Also there are no provisions for returning the item. So I am not happy.
