The Chrome tape is made with Metalized Polyester Film and a glossy, vibrant mirror-like finish coated with a thin layer of metal and with a long-lasting acrylic adhesive system with perfect stronghold adhesion. Metalized Polyester Film Tape meet a wide variety of specific uses : Reflective shielding; industrial and graphic arts; decorative trim, automotive trim, nameplates, electric appliances, advertising displays IT'S A NON-REFLECTIVE /NON-RADIUM TAPE BUT IT GIVES MIRROR LIKE FINISH. Instructions before installation: Please ensure to clean the surface using a clean & lightly wet cloth, let the clean area become dry, then only install it. Please take out a small quantity of tape to check if the installation is accurate or not, then only install it further. Many customer often make following mistakes: They don't clean the surface or don't wait to become the surface dry. They install it, and don't like the direction as one corner is upward and other is downward so they remove it and install it again and as a result most of the adhesive of tape is already gone. EDIT: 9th May 2022: As a change, we have introduced more thicker chrome tape now.
