Cultivation of Citronella grass : Citronella is very easy to grow and requires low maintenance. Soil Selection for Citronella cultivation • Soil should be porous. Preferable red soil with a mix of sand. • The organic content in soil should be around 5.8 to 6.5 percent • Should be enough wetness in soil and more sunlight is required. • Rains should be around 200-250cm per year.
