Pure Desi Ghee is a 100% Pure Buffalo Ghee made from Clarified Butter/Desi Ghee . Its a delightful recipe that will give you a feel of Indian Village Ghee and nostalgia when Ghee was fresh, aromatic and ‘Daanedar’. We have painstakingly tried to replicate that homely process in our facility after extensive consultation with our esteemed customers and we are proud of the results. This Clarified Butter/Ghee is made from pure Buffalo Milk Butter that is churned into butter and thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities and improve the aroma and shelf-life of the product. This allows the Clarified Ghee develop its characteristic granule structure that our customers absolutely love. The transparent jar of goodness with its promise of purity and authenticity, is one of our most well-liked products. The ghee is prepared is by slowly cooking process for about 3.5 hours over gradually increased temperatures in non touch conditions. The Bilona process like in vintage times gives the Clarified Butter its rich aroma, golden granular texture and consistent quality which keeps the taste as rich as it comes from farms. Pure Bilona makes the clarified butter naturally rich in minerals and other Vitamins and Good Fat.
