It's a good quality pre seasoned cast iron tawa... No need to season it while using for first time also .. flipped the dosa/uttappa very easily..yes the very first dosa got stucked at the edges then I brush more oil heat it again and now it's absolutely ready...I loved the quality also..it's heavy... Made with cast iron... Like ths product very much .. and even it's cheaper than store bought tawa.. thanku... ( Just a tip don't wash ur pre seasoned or cast iron tawa every time with soapy water... Use clean scrubber with no soap then wash with water.. and leave some of the used oil residu on it)
