Sidr Honey is one of the finest honeys in the world. It's distinctive taste, health- promoting nutrition values, and limited quantity gives it this reputation. Sidr honey comes from Sidr trees. This mountain honey is raw, organic and pure, harvested from bees who feed solely on nectar from flowers of the Sidr/Lote tree. The honey is only harvested twice a year. Unlike many farmed honey producing bees, they are not fed on sugar and nothing is added to the honey after is is extracted. This ensures that the honey is pure, unadulterated and thus untainted. It is also essential to know that Sidr honey is harvested only once or twice a year when the Sidr flowers bloom, which is quite a rare occasion.
