Each ball is 20.5 m approx so that makes a total of 245 m (approx) of yarn in all 12 balls. The thread is of 2 mm thick and I prefer to use a 3 mm crochet hook for tighter stitch and 3.5 for loose stitch . The quality is good. But the amount we get at this price is a little less. The rope is of off white colour and looks sturdy.
