Mujhe pehle roz subah uthte hi fatigue feel hoti thi, lekin yeh Vitamin B12 + Omega-3 supplement lene ke baad din bhar active rehta hoon. B12 levels bhi improve ho gaye, aur concentration bhi badh gaya. Highly recommended!

Bahut hi effective supplement hai! 1 mahine se le raha hoon aur blood reports mein B12 level improve ho gaya. Pehle thoda dizziness hota tha, ab nahi hota. Omega-3 bhi hone ki wajah se overall health better lag rahi hai.
