Zelva Jaggery Powder is an unrefined, natural sugar obtained by boiling sugarcane juice until it solidifies. This makes it chemical and additive free, ensuring that the nutrients are left intact so when consumed, you’re not just having a sweetener, you’re also having minerals like potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and calcium, which aids in digestion. Since jaggery powder is slightly more concentrated than refined, white sugar, a little goes a long, long way.
