18 herbs organic A2 desi cow ghee is prepared as per ancient village traditions from ‘hand churned butter’, unlike most other dairy ghee that are processed directly from milk. The difference is visible from the distinct aroma, taste, texture and colour of the pure ghee.

A2 desi cow ghee is made from milk which contains only A2 beta-casein protein which is provided by some native Indian cows. This A2 ghee has a higher smoking point than any vegetable oil (250’C) making it suitable for cooking and frying. It does not break down into toxic free radicals like many oils.
