I've been using this product for 2 weeks, & I'm satisfied with it. Atleast it doesn't change the texture of my hair, & slightly reduced hair fall. Bottle of the serum is a plastic bottle, so I don't know if it's original or not, but I think it works. You have to use it for 2 months for better results.
