• Natural gravel is formed from small fragments of assorted types of stones.

• For freshwater aquariums, gravel is the most common substrate. To prevent fish damage, gravel should not be sharp. Fish gravel can be as coarse as a pea or as fine as 1–3 mm.

• When gravel is used for fish living the fish grow there without getting stressed. Because the fish tank is made of glass, the image of the fish is reflected and thus the fish gets nervous

• Gently place there natural gravel at the bottom of the tank so that you don't scratch or damage the fish tank. Smooth out the gravel with your hands so that it's an even layer. Place rocks and plants over the gravel to give your fish a habitat.

• Use natural gravel for fish living .Throw away synthetic colored gravel. Because the health of the fish will be effected.
