Use a steam Steam (low-medium heat) and gently press along the length of the saree.

Steam helps in relaxing the threads and makes the saree drape better.

Do not keep the Steam in one place for too long to avoid damage.

3. Aair & Storage

Hang the saree in a well-ventilated area for a day after washing or steaming.

Store it rolled or folded loosely rather than tightly packed, allowing the fabric to "breathe."

4. Wearing Technique

When draping, avoid pulling the pleats too tight.

Use pins sparingly to prevent holding it too stiff.

Youu can also pre-pleat the saree a day before wearing and hang it on a hanger — it helps in softening natural folds.
