Properly clean your face or skin with cleansing milk or water a) For Normal to Oily Skin - Apply Thick Layer of Shiner Bleach Lotion + Activator Mixture. b) For Normal to Dry Skin - Apply Thin Layer of Shine Bleach Lotion + Activator Mixture Take exact measurements of Golden Yellow Shiner lotion & White Activator Powder with enclosed measuring spoon in glass or plastic bowl. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes at least with a application brush until all the powder gets completely dissolved in to the lotion forming a Golden Yellow colour uniform cream. Now apply the Golden Yellow colour cream uniformly on the face. Remove or wash Golden Yellow Colour cream after 10-15 minute.and then Apply Moisturising Lotion after clean the face.
