USE : 1. Properly clean your face or skin with cleansing milk or water. 2. a) For Normal to Oily Skin - Apply Thick Layer of Shiner Bleach Lotion + Activator Mixture. b) For Normal to Dry Skin - Apply Thin Layer of Shine Bleach Lotion + Activator Mixture. 3. Take exact measurements of Pink Shiner lotion & White Activator Powder with enclosed measuring spoon in glass or plastic bowl. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes at least with a application brush until all the powder gets completely dissolved in to the lotion forming a Pink colour uniform cream. Now apply the Pink colour cream uniformly on the face. 4. Remove or wash Pink Colour cream after 10-15 minute. 5. Apply Moisturising Lotion after clean the face.
