Cooking Instructions

Method 1

1. Take 1kg boneless chicken, washed & cleaned (cut into cubes), Lemon Juice 3 tbsp, Oil 2 tbsp., Burhani Foods Chicken Tikka Masala 4 tbsp. Mix well together & marinate for 1-2 hours.

2. Put cubes of chicken on a skewer and place it on low heat of charcoal or gas grill.,

3. Grill evenly on each side until the chicken is tender & slightly brown. Apply some butter & remove it from the grill.
