Cashew nut shells are attached to the bottom of the cashew apple, both of which form fully in the dry season. When it comes to harvesting cashew nuts, they are twisted and removed from the apples – usually by hand. If they are super ripe, the nuts will detach themselves and fall to the grounCashew needs a climate with a well-defined dry season of at least four months to produce the best yields. Coincidence of excessive rainfall and high relative humidity with flowering may result in flower/fruit drop and heavy incidence of fungal diseases.

*Dig a hole twice as wide and deep as the polybag your plant comes in. Backfill, mixing compost in with your top soil. Plant into the loosened soil Rare Live Plant & Regular lite watering is necessary. The plant may look dry due to transportation time. The plant is still good as it’s outdoor plants , put it again in the soil, add the complimentary fertilizer , water it and observe for a week. It will regain its freshness.
