The red or fresh green chillies are sun-dried and then blended with citrus extract from a local fruit and cooked with spices to form a paste. It is usually prepared in mustard oil which is commonly used in Indian cooking This Tangy hot chilli pickle and paste has a smokey taste. Chamba chukh is usually eaten as a condiment to go with meals usually eaten as a dip with roti, rice or snacks, but also used in cooking to give that extra punch to curry recipes. It can be consumed as a hot sauce, pickle, or a food additive.Also added it to Sprout Salad to enhance the flavour of this dish Note- All products are packed into sterilized jars and process to seal.
