How to Make Soft & Delicious Makki Roti :
Make a smooth dough with 1 cup “Pahadi Hatti’s Makki flour” and warm water, cover and set aside for 10 mins.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into circles.
Place the rolled-out dough on a preheated tawa and cook on both sides until lightly browned.
For added flavor, puff the rotis over open flame on gas stove or a chulah.
Serve hot with ghee or butter for enhanced taste.
