To grow zinnia flowers from seeds, start by choosing a sunny location since zinnias need at least 6 hours of full sunlight daily. After the last frost, plant the seeds about 1/4 inch deep in well-drained soil, either in seed trays, pots, or directly in the ground, spacing them 6-12 inches apart depending on the variety.
