Appearance

A tall, evergreen tree with a straight trunk, conical crown, and long, narrow, dark green leaves. The leaves are wavy-edged and widest near the base, tapering to a pointed tip.

Flowers in March and April, and the fruit ripens in July and August. The fruit is about 1 cm long and is shaped like an egg.

Uses
