Gives rich sheen and shine to the cakes. It does not dry on cakes for a very long time, typically 3-4 days under refrigeration. It has buttery texture and is without lumps. Readily mixes with whipped cream and gives buttery and full fat cream like body to the whipped cream, so that the whipped cream has better bite sensation and extends the shelf life of cream also.
