Ingredients :  

Dry-Fruits, Garam Masala, Ginger, Garlic, Onion and Tomato Powder, Red-Green Chili Powder, Common and Black Salt, Cardamom.

Material required : 250gm Chicken/Mutton, 50gm Oil, 50gm Curd.

Cooking Method :  

1. Put 50gm Oil in pan and fry well,

2. Then add 250gm Chicken and fry it 5-10 minutes,

3. Now add Taj Spices Masala and 50gm Curd and cook it for 10 minutes,

4. Then add 30-50gm water and fry as per your requirements till it become dry,

5. Chop some green coriander and add it on top,

6. Your Taj Spices Delicious Korma is ready….

Note : If it is Mutton,

In 250gm mutton add Taj Spices korma masala, 50gm curd, 50gm oil, mix well or add 500gm water in the cooker and cook till 4-5 whistle, or cook as per your requirement.
