Ingredients :  

Dry-Fruits, Garam Masala, Ginger, Garlic, Onion and Tomato Powder, Red-Green Chili Powder, Common and Black Salt, Cardamom.

Material required : 1kg Chicken/Mutton, 200gm Oil, 200gm Curd.

Cooking Method :  

1. Put 200gm Oil in pan and fry well,

2. Then add 1kg Chicken and fry it 5-10 minutes,

3. Now add Taj Spices Masala and 200gm Curd and cook it for 10 minutes,

4. Then add 100-200gm water and fry as per your requirements till it become dry,

5. Chop some green coriander and add it on top,

6. Your Taj Spices Delicious Korma is ready….

Note : If it is Mutton,

In 1 kg mutton add Taj Spices korma masala, 200gm curd, 200gm oil, mix well or add 200gm water in the cooker and cook till 4-5 whistle, or cook as per your requirement.
