Here we suggest you to put the up or bottom (or both) in a cup of hot (almost boiling) water for around 1 minute so that to make them flexible and ready for customization. Once it’s done to make it fit your teeth size ,use normal water to have it washed again

Step 2. Carefully apply/attach the Cosmetic denture teeth set to your existing teeth ( with a mirror for help) , and kindly use your fingers slightly press it( cosmetic teeth and impression material) behind your teeth, make it attached firmly and comfortably.
