An order I placed for a product advertised as containing six (6) soaps, each weighing 75 grams, at a total price of ₹930. Upon receiving the delivery, I discovered that I received only five (5) soaps. This discrepancy indicates a shortfall in the product quantity as advertised and paid for. Based on the total price, the cost per soap is calculated as ₹155 (₹930 / 6). Therefore, I request one of the following resolutions: Delivery of the missing soap: Please arrange for the delivery of the remaining 75-gram soap as per the original order. Refund of the corresponding amount: Alternatively, please refund ₹155 to my account, representing the cost of the missing soap. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and resolution within 2 to 3 business days, I will be compelled to file a formal complaint with the online consumer court.
