Dry Bombay Duck Pickle is made from freshly caught Bombay duck from the coast of Alibag in Arabian sea. It is then sundried. We trim the head and tail of Sundried Bombay duck and even clean the stomach. Then the whole Bombay duck is cut into small pieces & rinse in warm water before being used in the pickle preparation. It has high protein content. It is served along with the meal & can be eaten with plain rice or roti. It is entirely homemade.
