About the quality of the book, all I can say is that I am satisfied. However, I received only "Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman and not the Daniel Goleman Omnibus which is a 2 in 1 volume ( Emotional Intelligence + Working with Emotional Intelligence) as shown in the thumbnail. I will request the seller to change the thumbnail and present it in a way that conveys the product correctly. But since I am an avid book lover, I am not returning or exchanging it. I will purchase the other book "Working with Emotional Intelligence" separately. Thanks to Meesho anyway.
