The exact proportion of bloom to honeydew will vary, but in Eucalyptus honey, the blossom will always be the primary source. This is owing to the plants abundant nectar production. The pungent and long-lasting scent with a hint of mint or menthol undertones makes this honey distinctive in its own way.
