Quality wise the product is not good. Hopeless packing and missing and broken parts. Even difficult to contact. Very irresponsible dealing and playing tricks . Not trustworthy, I asked for the exchange, unnecessarily they take my bank details and now they ask me to pay 5Rs through bank for pickup. Totally their dealing is suspicious.

The top cap is of small size, even the candles of the filter are leaving muddy water behind even after following the instructions.
