Boil water and remove from heat. Fill the pot with enough water so the mouth guard can be completely immersed. 3. Insert the mouth guard in to the hot water for 5-10 sec. The mouth guard will start to soften.(Don't over heat). 4. Remove for water and allow the mouth guard to cool for a few seconds to prevent burning your mouth. When the mouth guard is cool enough place on to teeth and bite firmly on to the mouth guard and suck all the air from the mouth guard to get the tight fit.
