Name : ghee
Only Desi cow's milk is used to make vedic billona ghee. On the traditional Chulha Mathod, milk is continuously boiled in an earthen pot with the use of cow dung till it takes on a cream-colored hue. The milk is then mixed with curd overnight to turn it into curd. Next, we make billona, churn all the butter out of the curd, and boil the makkhan in an earthen pot till it turns into ghee. Finally, we gather the ghee and filter it. All set to pack!
