Recipe for Chai (Aromatic Indian Tea with Milk and Spices) : - 3/4 cup of water - 1/2 cup of milk - 3 tsp. of sugar -  2tsp. Moroccan tea gold - optional spices (to choose from according to your preferences): a piece of cinnamon, 2 green cardamom, 2 cloves, a few pcs. of black pepper, freshly grated ginger, anise star (serving for about 1 cup)   Preparation: 1. Boil water in a pot, add tea, sugar, spices, cook for about 3 minutes over medium heat (if you like strong tea, extend the cooking time to about 5 minutes). 2. Add milk and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Pour the tea through the strainer into the cups. Serve hot.
