When I received the package and opened it the condition of the cover was not so good, it was torn and also had dents in places near the spine and on the back cover. The print was great as far as I have seen. I got it exchanged and they came and picked it the very next day and the approximate time they gave for the new book's arrival is in under 9 working days. Service is great quality could be better, it might be because of shipping or maybe the original product was not in good condition. I got the book again today the cover wasn't torn but not in great condition but It was worth the price
