This Red Rice called as "HASHIDI" originates from the area of Western Ghats. It’s a good source of iron, magnesium, B vitamins and fiber. It is different just because it contains compounds called anthocyanin. It helps to lower glucose level in turn controls diabetes, regulates asthma, helps digestion and is a rich source of nutrition.
