Hot and spicy broasted chicken ingredients required : Chicken 1 kg (6 large portions,washed&drained),Cooking Oil 3 Cup(for deep frying),Okhli Musal Brand Broast Masala

Steps Of Cooking :  

1. Add half cup of water to the chicken portions,cover and boil/steam on low heat for 5-10 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and drain and sprinkle Okhli Musal Brand Broast Masala evenly over the chicken pieces.

3. Take flour in a bowl and set aside.

4. Take egg, salt, water in a bowl and whisk well.

5. Now take chicken, coat in flour, then dip in egg and then coat in flour. Pack it well.

6. Set aside in a plate to dry for 5-10 mins.

7. Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces on heigh heat until crisp and golden. Remove and drain the oil .

Serving Suggestion : Sprinkle Okhli Musal Brand Fry Fruit Chaat Masala Over the ready chicken broast pieces.
