Ladyfinger / Okra / Bhindi Plant Seeds

Ladyfinger, popularly known as bhindi in India, is rich in nutrients. It is considered a good source of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, enzymes, calcium, potassium and many other nutrients. The botanical name of ladyfinger is Abelmoschus esculentus, and it belongs to the family Malvaceae.

How To Grow :  

Okra, sow the seeds 7-8 inches apart and ½ inches deep. If you're planning to grow okra indoors and transplanting them later, be sure to space them 9 to 10 inches apart. Handle the seedlings very carefully as they're delicate and can be easily damaged. Dig a hole deep enough to hold the entire root balls.
