Suggested nib types –

All types of nibs. Fine, Medium, Broad, flex or Multiple plates. Better shading may be obtained with springy or flexy nibs.

Suggested papers to use –

On variety of papers and journals. School notebooks , diaries and pads. Fountain pen friendly papers are very much suitable. Cheap papers like news print quality ones may be avoided.

Suggested maintenance schedule –

Wash the pen once in 10 days.

Show the section with nib under flowing plain tap water for one minute. Shake dry. No need to discard the ink in the barrel / convertor. You are ready for the next writing session!

It’s a good idea to prevent drying of ink inside pens. If not planning to use, wash and keep the pen without ink. Else ink may dry and may form crystals. If crystals are formed , no need to worry. They are harmless. Can be washed away with plain tap wa
