The big side was okay, but the thinner side with thin pin pusher was damaged. I guess it's not the seller's mistake, but still I was disappointed. I fixed it with metal sanding paper, scraped off a thin layer of metal from the thin side to bring it in shape, and now it's working like a charm. The material is quite good. It's hefty, and feels handy. The only thing I was sad about was the transporter, I guess, he dropped it and the tool's head got deformed. It became flat.
