Mulberries are colorful berries that are eaten both fresh and dried. They're a good source of iron, vitamin C, and several plant compounds and have been linked to lower cholesterol, blood sugar, and cancer risk. Morus alba, known as white mulberry, common mulberry and silkworm mulberry, is a fast-growing, small to medium-sized mulberry tree. Black, red, and white mulberries are widespread in maximum of the regions. Jams and sherbets are often made from the fruit. The fruit is commonly eaten fresh or is canned.
