About :  

The Camellia sinensis plant yields Green tea. A variety of teas, oolong teas, are made from its dried leaves and leaf buds. How to make it :  

1.Boil water at 90 degree celsius

2.Keep it aside to slightly cool it down

3.Add the tea bag in a cup

4.Pour the slightly cool water over the tea bag

5.Give it 2 mins to infuse

6.Add sugar according to your taste

7.Sip and enjoy the healthy tea
