Directions :  

Step 1 - Take 30g (2tbsp) of Manna Health Mix plus in a bowl. Step 2 - Add 150 ml of lukewarm / warm milk and stir will to avoid lumps. Step 3 - Check for sweetness and add any sweetener of your choice (Honey / Jaggery) if required. Mix Well and is ready to be served.
