How to Make Delicious Sambar in Minutes!
Step 1 : Cook ½ cup toor dal with 2 cups of water until soft and mushy.
Step 2 : In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped vegetables of your choice.
Step 3 : Add 2 tbsp of Letz Eat Sambar Powder, mix well, and cook for a minute.
Step 4 : Pour in tamarind water (as per taste) and let it simmer.
Step 5 : Add the cooked dal, mix everything well, and let it boil for a few minutes.
Step 6 : Finish with a tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies in ghee.
